Terms of Service

Placeholder. This is a draft outline for an alpha and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch. It is not a binding agreement and makes no legal guarantees.

1. Service. Clusters is a registry, marketplace, and payment layer for AI capabilities. We provide listing, discovery, and payment-coordination tooling. We do not author or operate third-party capabilities.

2. Accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys and runner tokens secret.

3. Content & ownership. Creators retain ownership of what they publish and grant Clusters a license to host, display, and distribute it through the platform.

4. Payments. Paid installs and pay-per-use are charged in USDC over x402. Platform fees are disclosed at the point of sale. Earnings are internal accounting; payouts are processed manually.

5. Acceptable use. You must follow the Acceptable use policy. We may suspend items or accounts that violate it.

6. No warranty. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that third-party capabilities are safe, correct, or fit for any purpose.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clusters is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or third-party capabilities.

8. Changes. These terms may change. Material changes will be surfaced before they take effect.
